RNAseq Tutorial
This tutorial is a hands-on tutorial for analysis of bulk RNAseq data for
differential gene expression. It uses command line tools on the MSI compute
cluster.
Pathway Analysis Tutorial
This tutorial is a hands-on tutorial for Pathway Analysis of RNAseq differential gene expression results.
It uses command line tools on the MSI compute cluster.
Introduction to Single Cell Tutorial
This tutorial is an introductory hands-on tutorial for single cell analysis.
It uses command line tools on the MSI compute cluster.
After completion of the RNASeq and Pathway Analysis tutorials, learners are eligible to register for the MSI Transcriptomics Badge
